Course Fee Refund Procedure & Conditions:

You have the right to withdraw from the course within 14 days from the course start date without giving any reason. Where you wish to withdraw from your course within 14 days of the course start date you must notify us by email and state clearly that your withdrawal is within 14 days of the course start date. Once this is approved, the Centre will refund any tuition fees paid.

Course fees are non-refundable after 14 days from the commencement of the course. Fees are also non-refundable if the learner stops attending or leaves the course before its completion.

Fees are refunded if the College is unable to offer the course for any reason. Fees can be adjusted if the learner is changing one course to another.

A minimum of 2 weeks is required to process the refund after the request has been received by email.

Any refund will be made to the person or organisation that made the original fee payment and by the same method of payment as the original payment, except where payment has been made by cash, in which case the refund will be made by bank transfer and we will request your bank details.

All refunds will be calculated in Pounds Sterling. We will not offer compensation for any bank or other charges incurred nor for any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations.

The centre by two weeks’ written notice on its website may vary the terms and conditions contained in this ‘Course Fees Refund Procedure’ as required to comply with any law or regulations. The centre additionally reserves the right, upon giving two weeks’ written notice on its website of such change, to make an addition, amendment or alteration to these refund conditions as deemed necessary by the centre.
