The Level 3 Diploma in Skills for Business: Human Resources is a 90 credit Ofqual regulated qualification and is the equivalent level to an A Level or Access to Higher Education qualification. It has been designed with support from higher education providers and is intended for learners who wish to progress to a business degree but may not have the traditional entry qualifications usually required.

Progression:
Upon completion of the qualification, you could progress to Level 4 and Level 5 Diploma in Business.
